Exit 6 Film Festival 2025 award nominations announced

The countdown to this year’s Exit 6 Film Festival is officially on - and we’re thrilled to announce the award nominations for 2025.


The winners will be revealed at the official afterparty on Saturday 20 September at Duel, with the awards beginning around 9pm. Join us as we celebrate the outstanding work of filmmakers, performers, and storytellers who have brought their visions to life on screen this year.

Audience Choice Award

The Audience Choice Award is one of the most exciting parts of Exit 6 Film Festival -because it’s decided by you. Every delegate attending the festival on the day will have the chance to vote for their favourite film.


All 43 films screening at this year’s festival are in contention, making this a truly open and legendary award that celebrates the voice of the audience.



This year’s shortlist showcases a brilliant mix of established and emerging talent, with stories that challenge, inspire, and move audiences.
