FROM SHORT TO FEATURE

Establishing herself as one of the best in the business for script supervising (Shakespeare in Love, Event Horizon, Resident Evil), Caroline went on to write and direct short film The Fishmonger's Daughter which was selected atSundance Film Festival before going on to win awards worldwide.

Caroline now has a slate of feature films she has written to direct in development.

Black Hangar Studios is fast becoming a major studio and producer, replicating the golden years of Hollywood when studios had their own production crews and creative talent that moved from one production to another, creating a finely tuned and experienced in-house team.

Michael is a director, writer and producer hailing from the West Midlands and living in London. His short film projects have played a large number of festivals including prestigious Oscar/BAFTA qualifying events like SXSW,Palm Springs International Film Festival & Palm Springs ShortFest,Aesthetica Short Film Festival and many more.

 

His latest short film COLD READER played the Exit 6 Launch event and is now developing on his debut feature 'Resonance' due to shoot in 2017.

SEXLIFE & THE FESTIVAL FORMULA JOURNEY

Ted is consulting Managing Director at Festival Formula, a company which strategises over 100 film festival submissions for a large slate of filmmakers. He is also a film producer and director of Chasing The Bear Films.

Ted has worked on over 50 productions, and recently produced multi-award winning horror short SURGERY. His latest independent film, SEXLIFE (www.sexlifefilm.com), was the only British short to be screened at Tribeca in 2015.

He is currently in pre-production on an international feature film from a multi-award winning director.

CROWDFUNDING WITH A FOCUS ON THE CROWD

James is a  film producer with a background in content and managing marketing strategies in the advertising, corporate and film industries.

 

He set up Dresden Pictures in 2011 with Liam Garvo, their first feature film THE FITZROY, a post apocalyptic comedy about hotel submarine, is due to be released later this year and have a slate of a further five features in development.

 

As an experienced crowdfunder he has run four varied Kickstarter campaign's (two features, a short and a comic) raising close to a total of $500K on the platform, whilst offering advice to dozens more.

Terry Bamber

Assistant Director

Terry trained as an Actor at LAMDA but after ending up on the cutting room floor no fewer than 18 times out of 21 performances he became an Assistant Director.

 

Terry has worked on many films such as World War Z, Doom, Tomb Raider, and 101 Dalmations. He has also had the job as Production Manager on films including Skyfall, Edge of Tomorrow, Casino Royale and The Man from UNCLE.

 

Terry is currently preparing The Man Who Killed Don Quixote with Terry Gilliam, due to shoot later this year.

Producer

Ellie started her career at the BBC before going on to produce festivals, exhibitions and events for arts organisations including the BFI and the Tate. 

After a brief stint as an agency commercials producer, she's now an Executive Producer at Rattling Stick. Her role there involves developing TV, feature and short film ideas and producing projects ranging from music videos to feature documentaries.

Ellie produced Sara Dunlop’s critically acclaimed short film DREAMLANDS which was screened in competition at this year's Cannes Film Festival.
